Join a celebration and exploration of the concept of Clark Center Park in Anderson County becoming a state park. This 40-acre parcel is small but rich with opportunities for birding, boating, biking, fishing, hiking, paddling, picnicking, star gazing, swimming, and wildlife viewing.
